I grew up on the West Side of Vancouver, completed 12 years at Crofton House School, and then attained a business degree from Trinity Western University. After 6 years in Langley where I completed my degree and started my real estate career, I decided that where I really wanted to build my business was in the area where I grew up, Vancouver. In June of 2008 I joined RE/MAX Select Properties and started working with The Kavanagh Group. I feel very fortunate at this stage of my life to have landed upon a business that fits so well with my interests and personality! I love connecting with clients, negotiating transactions, and helping people move through a significant stage of their lives.

Dana Inman
I began selling real estate on the West Side of Vancouver in 1986, after attending UBC and graduating from High School in sunny Scottsdale.
I love everything about real estate and I come from a family of realtors, builders and developers. I have built and developed some of my own real estate projects, and I have also operated my own Interior Design practice, in addition to taking Architectural drafting classes in college. My background allows me to be a better source of information for you whether you are buying or selling.
In addition to my passion for real estate I really enjoy working with people and I value the relationships I have developed with my clients over the years. Philip Chan
Philip Chan is one of the top ranked Real Estate Agents on the West Side, and he is one of the friendliest, most hardworking professionals you'll ever meet. He is a great asset to The Kavanagh Group, and with his knowledge and expertise with the Asian Market he helps expand our client base and services.
With 25 years of experience, he has been recognized as a Lifetime Medallion Club Member of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver, RE/MAX's Platinum Club, and RE/MAX's Hall of Fame, which is the highest level that an associate can attain.
Prior to joining RE/MAX, Philip owned his own real estate franchise operation for nine years. His knowledge of real estate includes an extensive development and construction background and he is also a Georgie Award winner as awarded by the Canadian Home Builders Association.
Philip has lived in Vancouver since 1978 and graduated from Simon Fraser University in 1983 with a BA in Business/Economics.

Megan Birks
Recently I have graduated with my Bachelor of Commerce along with a Diploma in Financial Management. While attending BCIT for my Financial Management Diploma, I gained the skills and ability to work under pressure, adapt and learn quickly to new challenges, and work in a team environment. BCIT also offered many opportunities to further my business and entrepreneurial skills, such as Advancing Canadian Entrepreneurship (ACE-BCIT). From which I was selected to become a presenter in the HSBC National Financial Literacy Competition held in Toronto. My team finished 1st in Canada, outperforming many Top Universities.
After BCIT, I lived in Whistler and obtained more insight into the Accounting and Property Management Industry. Now, back in the city, I am looking to capitalize on my skill set acquired through my accounting experience by following my passion for business and working with people. I am excited to assume new challenges and I’m thrilled to be a part of The Kavanagh Group as their Executive Assistant.
